Loved our great-sized and brand-new rooms in this place.

the service was amazing, including an efficient check-in. booked a room with private bathroom. the location was magnificent and the free parking was onsite.

The room was super comfy, nicely decorated, and brand-new, right in front of the bathroom when I arrived; the location was excellent, very close to the city center.

if something goes wrong there is no one to sort it out. for instance, coffee machine and kettle did not work in the morning, it was something related to electricity and we didn't bother to call the number and wait for someone to come and fix it. It was Sunday morning.

Las piezas son muy espaciosas, comodas y limpias y esta ubicado muy cerca al barrio antiguo, con muy buena calefaccion y banos amplios.

no cuenta con recepción permanente, de manera que se debe llamar con antelación para dar aviso de la hora de llegada. Eso no está especificado antes de hacer la reserva, si no que llega un mail luego de que expira el tiempo para anular la reserva, especificandolo. El mail además dice que la ausencia de recepción no es motivo para anular la reserva. Eso complica y genera un estrés cuando se anda de vacaciones relajadas, sin hora justa para trenes. A esto se suma que los desayunos son de muy mala calidad.

This place is conveniently located close to a shopping street and has a restaurant, but the standout feature is the incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff members.

What I liked about it was the location, it was so easy accessible especially from the main railway station Porta Nuova. Then there's the vicinity of the Arena and the city's historical quarters. Another thing I liked about it is the impeccable cleanliness that was being maintained throughout the whole duration of our stay. The breakfast was fairly abundant. And I mean really abundant. Last but not the least, the staff is so very warm and welcoming that it gives a kind of home atmosphere feeling. Verona is magical and this B&B only adds up to it. I already recommended it to all of my friends and I would recommend it to everyone reading this review.

Great location. I could walk to all the major sites in Verona. Easy to catch the bus back to the train station. Great breakfasts included in the price. Free interent use which I appreciated.

The staff seemed to be taking care of other properties as well as this B&B so when I arrived there wasn't anyone there to greet me. I had to press an intercom out on the sidewalk to speak with someone about checking in. Someone came for me about 5 minutes later but I would have liked to have someobne there in person when I arrived.

Brand-new & huge rooms with toilette. Excellent location in Porta Nuova district near the center of the city near all of the main attractions, main attraction in Verona and the centre of Verona. Also, to everything in Verona.

Cittadella is located very conveniently near the Arena but in a side road which is very quiet, considering you are in the city. The room we stayed in was very spacious and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is taken in the room and there was plenty of space for the table and chairs. An added bonus was the computer/wifi access for guests. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Shared bathrooms. Unable to book the only en suite room so had to share a bathroom - the main problem with this was the noise. Because the door had a lock rather than a bolt, you could hear the noise of the door shutting and being locked constantly - worse for us as we were opposite the door, other rooms may not have been so affected. It would not stop me returning. Breakfast mostly fine with plenty of choice, unfortunate if you stay the same day as greedy guests who take more than their share!

The guest room was huge with a large bathroom. the location was magnificent and incredible. - the atmosphere created was elegant. - the hotel was in the heart of Verona. - It was a short walk to the train station, the arena, and old town, including the arena, Plaza Bra.

It's clean small hotel with extremely friendly staff and a perfect location.
